Her expertise and strong track record of exceeding marketing and sales goals, building brands and driving business success has made her a vital part of many organizations.
Whether conceiving a breakthrough media-based retail concept for Discovery Channel, building an entrepreneurial collectible gift brand for Gallery Art Glass, driving an integrated growth strategy of the core demographic as the chief architect of the Thomas Kinkade brand, overseeing every aspect of a major event, or creating gourmet cuisine, Linda achieves success.
She built and managed the branding, marketing, PR and communications programs for the rapidly growing Discovery Channel Stores – with as many as 58 new stores within one year – culminating in 175 locations and $275M in annual retail sales.
For Thomas Kinkade, one of this country’s most iconic consumer brands, she added multi-million dollar sales volume and double-digit sales increases annually for 6+ years by initiating and directing strategic alliances and branding partnerships with Disney, Warner Bros., Elvis Presley Enterprises, NASCAR, Major League Baseball and others.
Linda’s expertise in the licensing industry, as either a licensor or licensee for 15+ years, has made her readily recognized for her expertise and strategic approach to integrated brand and business strategies. As a Top 100 Licensor, she achieved $400M+ in annual retail sales with 85+ licensees for the Kinkade brand.
Her engaging attitude, professional demeanor and clear ability to have fun and inspire others makes Linda a persuasive change agent with strong consensus building skills who makes a difference.
A native of Northern California, Linda enjoys cooking gourmet fare, listening to jazz and rock and roll music, watching great movies, and traveling throughout the U.S. and around the world. In addition, she also loves to spend time with family and friends, reading contemporary literature, and is always ready to try a new restaurant or learn more about wine. She and her husband Richard currently reside outside of San Francisco; their three daughters and families live close by.
